COVID ‐19 critical success factors in Indian healthcare industry—A DEMATEL approach

The prosed study aims to provide COVID-19 critical success factors (CSF) associated with pandemic circumstances in the Indian healthcare industry (HCI). CSF was identified via expert team inputs and a detailed literature review. Decision-Making Trial Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method is used determine causal relationship between CSF. methodology supported by case of HCI. A total 15 HCI during are prioritized using DEMATEL method. findings indicate that high-quality personal protective equipment (PPEs; LC8) testing laboratories/facilities, centres, kits (LC15) significant cause, appropriate laws (LC13) least effect group. shows policy decision-makers need emphasize on LC8 LC15 act accordingly win battle against post-COVID-19 circumstance. policy/decision-makers administrations can identify focus particular will help swiftly build up cope future pandemic.
